Povr\u0161ine je oko 2 km\u00b2, a nastalo je izgradnjom brane visoke 24,74 metra i duge 692 metra, 17 kilometara uzvodno od Drvara, u mjestu Prekaja kod sela \u017dupica. Prvobitno je slu\u017eilo za akumuliranje vode za industriju celuloze i papira u Drvaru, a danas je popularno mjesto za rekreativni turizam i odmor u prirodi. Jezero je poribljeno, a najzastupljenije vrste riba su \u0161aran i klen.
