Ovaj vodopad je dio \u0161ireg kompleksa kaskada koji se prote\u017ee kroz cijelo naselje sve do u\u0161\u0107a rijeke Unac u Unu, \u010dine\u0107i jednu od najljep\u0161ih prirodnih cjelina u Nacionalni park Una.\r\n\r\nKompleks slapova u Martin Brodu dug je oko 800 metara, sa ukupnom visinskom razlikom od pribli\u017eno 54 metra. Rijeka Una na ovom podru\u010dju pokazuje svoj kaskadni karakter, formiran kroz sedrene barijere koje stvaraju slapove, bukove, rije\u010dne ade i prirodne bazene.\r\n\r\nOve jedinstvene geolo\u0161ke i hidrolo\u0161ke formacije nastale su djelovanjem vode i tektonskih procesa, stvaraju\u0107i pejza\u017e koji se stalno mijenja.
