Izletište Bijela Voda
Description
Just two kilometers from the medieval walls of Soko, at an altitude of 600 meters, lies the Bijela voda excursion area – an authentic corner of nature brought to life by local enthusiasts from the Motorcycle Club “Soko.” Named after the legendary spring of drinking water that never runs dry, this place has had special significance for centuries; tradition says that Bijela voda was once a place of pilgrimage, and the old grave of a dervish still stands today as a silent witness to the spiritual tradition and customs of this region.
Thanks to the efforts of motorcyclists and local residents, what was once a roadside refreshment stop has been turned into a landscaped rest area with tables, benches, and flowers, ideal for a break while hiking or riding toward Vis and Sijedi krš. Bijela voda offers the perfect blend of historical mystique and modern hospitality, giving visitors the chance to refresh themselves with spring water at a place where adventure and tradition meet.
