Guber bathes
Description
The Guber mineral springs near Srebrenica have been known for more than two millennia — inscriptions from the year 220 on the remains of a Roman bath in Sase testify that the Romans also came for this miraculous water. Along just two kilometres there are 48 springs, each with different healing properties — Crni Guber for anemia and rheumatism, Ljepotica for the skin, Očna voda for vision, and Sinusna voda for the respiratory tract. As early as 1894, Crni Guber was declared one of the best natural iron-arsenic springs in Europe, and the water was exported to Great Britain, Germany, Africa and America. The trail to the springs passes through a small canyon covered with coniferous forests — the walk itself is an air spa. Guber is not just a spring; it is an experience that heals body and soul.
