Home of Hajdučka vrata

One of the most famous natural phenomena of Blidinje is Hajdučka vrata — a stone arch located on the cliffs of Čvrsnica with spectacular views over the Diva Grabovica canyon. This place has become a symbol of hiking in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Paradise for hikers and adventurers

Blidinje offers dozens of hiking trails, via ferrata routes, cycling paths, and adrenaline-filled activities. Čvrsnica and Vran provide challenges for experienced mountaineers, but also stunning panoramic views for recreational visitors.

Plant and animal world

Blidinje Nature Park is known for its large number of endemic and protected plant and animal species. The area is home to the brown bear, wolf, chamois, and many rare mountain plants characteristic of the Dinaric Alps.

Blidinje Lake

Blidinje Lake is the largest mountain lake in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the central symbol of the nature park. During summer it is a perfect place for relaxation and photography, while in winter the entire landscape transforms into a completely different fairy-tale atmosphere.
