Sarajevo Canton comprises nine municipalities that together form the heart of the country. From the historic city center to natural gems such as Vrelo Bosne in Ilidža and Bijambare in Ilijaš, the canton offers incredible diversity. Surrounded by the mountains of Bjelašnica, Igman, and Treskavica, Sarajevo Canton is a center of winter tourism as well as summer outdoor adventures.
